Wood-Fired, Always
High heat, blistered crust, no shortcuts.
Somewhere between Naples and the Gulf of Thailand, a mustachioed cat decided that Koh Tao — an island famous for turtles, divers and slow sunsets — was missing one thing: proper wood-fired pizza.
So Picatso was born. A little Italian trattoria where the tomato sauce is slow-cooked in-house, the Luganica sausage is homemade, the burrata is farm-fresh, and the fish comes straight from the boats of Koh Tao into a rustic pizzaiola sauce.
Every pizza leaves the oven under the watchful eyes of our cat — slice, bite, vibe, repeat. Come for the pizza, stay for the wine, and don't be surprised if you come back tomorrow.
